Anthony J. Roselle focuses his practice on government and regulatory affairs. Mr. Roselle represents national trade organizations, healthcare and energy clients and advocates on their behalf before state legislatures and various administrative agencies. He has a keen understanding of complex energy and alternative energy regulations and has successfully obtained grants and favorable changes to laws and regulations for the firm’s client. His balanced, skillful and creative approach to resolving contentious government issues has ensured that the clients he represents can continue to profitably operate their businesses. Mr. Roselle also has experience in representing individuals and companies in various real estate matters. He is very familiar with the complexities and intricacies of both the transactional and litigious aspects of the real estate practice. His experience ranges from representing major financial institutions in multi-jurisdictional real estate finance transactions, foreclosures and real estate focused bankruptcies to representing tenants in disputes with their landlords over rent control laws. Mr. Roselle earned a B.S. at Rutgers University – Cook College and a J.D. at Rutgers University, School of Law – Newark where he served as Business Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. |
