Dana’s practice focuses on litigation and insurance issues. She has more than a decade of experience representing corporate clients in complex business and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. Dana also has extensive experience advising and representing clients in construction matters. Dana's practice also includes labor and employment litigation and counseling. Her in-house experience in this area affords her both a practical view, as well as an understanding of the requirements imposed on employers by federal and state law. In addition to her litigation experience, Dana has handled many matters submitted in a variety of forms of alternative dispute resolution.
