Historically, our firm’s attorneys represented AT&T and its regulated affiliates before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities in many matters, including two major mergers; a complex rules docket; the competitive carrier reclassification proceedings; the incumbent carrier pricing flexibility dockets; the investigation into intrastate access charges; interconnection agreement issues; and various Board inquiries and related procedures.  We have also represented carriers on finance and restructuring matters; acquisitions; rights-of-way disputes; tariff filings; compliance counseling; and complaint proceedings.

We have also represented AT&T and other companies on commercial agreements and other business matters ranging from the very complex to the very routine.  Our attorneys are valued counselors to commercial enterprises, and are proficient in the review, negotiation and drafting of sophisticated domestic and international commercial agreements, including outsourcing; licensing agreements; marketing arrangements; purchase and sale of equipment and software; and business line withdrawals.
