Seth S. Gross concentrates his practice in telecommunications. Mr. Gross has previously served as Senior Attorney for AT&T Inc.'s consumer telephony operations. He joined AT&T in its headquarters in New Jersey in 1989 as regulatory counsel. In 1997, he switched the focus of his practice to supporting AT&T's consumer telephony operations, providing both commercial and regulatory advice.

Mr. Gross received his B.S., with highest distinction, from Pennsylvania State University in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of California-Los Angeles in1989. After graduating from Penn State, and prior to obtaining his J.D., Mr. Gross was a public accountant in Massachusetts and California. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
