Michael Rosati has over 30 years of domestic and international legal, financial and managerial experience with emphasis on: (1) negotiating, structuring and originating a wide variety unsecured, and secured (asset-based and project finance) banking transactions, and telecommunication transactions, (2) developing new business (products, markets, and relationships), (3) negotiating joint venture and dissolution agreements, and (4) resolving problem loans. Mr. Rosati began the practice of law in New York City, at the firm of Webster & Sheffield. Thereafter, as General Counsel to Manufacturers Hanover's primary asset-based finance company, Mr. Rosati established the company's legal department and loan work-out group. Subsequently, as Senior Vice President in charge of overseas subsidiaries, Mr. Rosati oversaw the operation of the company's five existing subsidiaries and the formation of an additional five subsidiaries. Later, as Senior Vice President of American Express bank's asset-based finance company, Mr. Rosati continued to oversee and direct transactional, managerial, and corporate matters, as well as the resolution of problem transactions. More recently, Mr. Rosati has focused on domestic and international telecommunication transactions. Mr. Rosati was educated at Andover and Yale. He received a JD degree from Cornell Law School, and an LLM from New York University School of Law. |
