Richard A. Giuditta, Jr., the firm’s Managing Shareholder, has broad experience in government and regulatory affairs, and concentrates his practice representing clients with significant interests in government at all levels. A skilled legal adviser and persuasive advocate, Mr. Giuditta has a keen understanding of the interplay between business imperatives and government requirements. He has a record of success in bridging differences of opinion and interpretation, while advancing client business agendas and legal/regulatory objectives.

 

Mr. Giuditta offers sound counsel on matters involving regulatory compliance, grassroots lobbying, crisis management and third-party coalition building. He has led strategy development and execution on issues including business development, health and nutrition, taxation, product recall, environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives. Mr. Giuditta’s clients include trade associations, industry coalitions, government entities and individual companies. 

 

Among his many achievements, Mr. Giuditta has been recognized as a “top lawyer-lobbyist” and has served with distinction in elected and appointed government positions. Mr. Giuditta earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees at Seton Hall University.
