Marisela S. Ross concentrates her practice in our Commercial Law group. She is a seasoned lawyer with broad experience in commercial transactions with special emphasis on U.S. domestic and international retail and wholesale sales contracts.

Marisela has advised on a broad array of commercial matters, including procurement, sales, construction and real estate leasing contracts. She is a skilled negotiator and consummate drafter, with strong project management skills. She has negotiated numerous transactions with major multinational corporations. She has served as lead counsel in a number of complex business development and joint venture negotiations with various partners in Italy, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Argentina. 

Her interpersonal skills coupled with her disciplined and practical approach to problem solving make Marisela a valued contributor to achieving a client’s desired business and legal goals. 

Prior to returning to private practice, Marisela served as AT&T's Chief Counsel for CALA, advising AT&T on all aspects of its operations in the Caribbean and Latin America region, including contracting, real estate leasing, regulatory, corporate governance and compliance, and human resources matters.   

She is fluent in Spanish, with a strong working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian. 

Marisela is admitted in New York, Connecticut and Missouri.  She received her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and her B.A. from Queens College (Russian language and literature).
