Gabrielle A. Figueroa is a member of the firm’s Government and Regulatory Affairs Practice Group.  She represents clients on a broad range of issues, including regulatory compliance matters, advocacy before state legislatures and agencies, trade association governance, and non-profit formation.  Gabrielle works with the firm’s energy and sustainable energy clients and has obtained electric and gas supplier licenses, drafted and negotiated Power Purchase Agreements, Renewable Energy Credit Contracts, and assisted clients in complying with complex Renewable Energy Portfolio Standards.  Gabrielle also represents clients in litigation alleging violations of the Tort Claims Act. 

Gabrielle earned her A.B. from Wellesley College in 2005 and is a 2010 graduate from Vanderbilt University Law School.  She is a member of the New Jersey Bar and is a Registered New Jersey Governmental Affairs Agent (Lobbyist).
